Basket.

Well, Wednesdays for me usually signal the end of the week. It seems like once the week gets to Wednesday, the end comes incredibly quickly; soon it is Thursday and sooner, Friday. The Saturday and Sunday simply fly past, and it is Monday and a whole new week once more (yes, I am very aware that the week technically begins on Sunday, but sod that).

So this particular Wednesday I just happen not to be updating from home, for once. Here I am using Gen's computer to update, after we snuck off to her house upon completion of an inane IPW survey. I really do wonder why the Singapore government bothers to find out and listen to the people. They really do not have any reason to; we are captive on a small island to their whims and excesses. It's not as if they are going to be voted out of power anytime soon, or at anytime at all. Not that I actually do mind them so much; education policy is the only thing I really see as being fucked up here, and soon I'll be off the system (NUS does not really count, in my view).

But back to Wednesdays. They usually are nice, nice and short, and even if long, I like my CCAs anyway, so I do not really mind. Plenty of time usually to do the stuff I like on Wednesdays. Comparable with Fridays, I would go so far to say, even.

In any case, another week is passing and passing fast. Not much time left for much at all. Got to really make the most of it.
