Basket.

It has been pointed out to me (not for the first time, as a matter of fact) that some of the things I have posted here have the potential to offend people. Well, guess what, that's just fine by me, because I wasn't put on this Earth to please others; I was put on this Earth to live a life, my very own life and I'll jolly live it the way I bloody fucking please. And if in the process of doing so, I tread on a few oh-too-tender toes, well, too bad for those toes and their owner(s). Because if you can't live with *gasp*, being offended in this world, you're better off leaving it, be it by your own hand or in a horrific industrial accident.

A more amicable solution, of course, would be to simply stop visiting my site. Because this is my site, and I'll be damned before I start letting anybody at all determine its content.

And that will be that.

Moving on, the first actual five-day week in quite a while passed rather quick, come to think of it. Especially since I had absolutely no mood to work (and, fortunately, not a lot of work) in the first place. I'm caught in some sort of twilight zone; ORD coming soon but yet still seemingly far, and in an intriguing twist to the situation, just about everyone believes my batch and I about to ORD... except we ourselves. It's a little frustrating.

Not that life was never meant to be. Though my horoscope told me to drop the cynicism, but it isn't that easy.
