I was so bored today, I watched SEA games football! And Singapore returns once more without hope of a medal, losing 2-0 to Malaysia in another match that demonstrated sorry finishing by the strikers.

Sure, as the biased commentator put it, they had the Malaysians on the back foot, they pressured them, etc, but what the fuck is the use if you can't put the ball in the back of the goddamned net? Which is really, the story of Singapore's first half. They cracked open Malaysia's defence numerous times, yet scored not once, and rarely even forced a save.

The opening was frenetic but it later became very boring. I fell alseep for most of the second half and when I woke up it was the 86th minute and Singapore was magically trailing 2-0. Despite their best efforts (finally forcing a save out of the Malaysian goalie and then a clearance off the line), they lost and will go home once more in disgrace.

Singapore needs strikers that can shoot straight and are not bloody fucking useless. The rest is ok.
