Basket.

Well! Exactly one year ago, this place came into being. I remember how, very clearly.

It was a typical night in the June holidays, it was. Saturday night, I remember quite clearly. I had before then been encouraged by certain quarters to start a weblog, but remained anti-blog up till then, although with a softer line than I used to have. That fateful night, I was talking to Justin, and he did give me some encouragement. On a whim, I decided to go ahead and found a blog, having for some time already mulled about having some place to give vent to my feelings. It was done, and one year on, the place still exists with little changes.

A year on, I haven't regretted it, as this place has given me countless opportunities to express my feelings and opinions. It has been wholly successful in the purpose it was founded for, and continues to be successful, so I see hardly any reason to discontinue it.

So, well, here's to one year in existence and a probably quite a few more to come. Cheers.
